Happy Friday!

September 16, 2011

Hello Everyone,

Just a little message from the office here at Red F DC.  It has been a great week so far, with a lot of growth happening within the office.  The weather has started to change along with the realization that fall is inching closer by the minute.

Here in the office on Friday’s we do things a little bit differently than most offices. We do what we like to call “Think Tank Friday” which allows us to get the creative side of our brains working.  We relax a little bit, talk about our charity work with Operation Smile and how we can achieve our goals both personally and as an office.

So, happy Friday to everyone! Wishing you a happy and safe weekend! See ya Monday!

Winners vs. Whiners

September 16, 2011

1.      Whiners focus on the past.  Winners focus on the present and the future.

2.      Winners cast blame while whiners take responsibility.

3.      Whiners react while winners think.

4.      Whiners freeze while winners take action.

5.      Whiners look for validation while winners lead by example.

6.      Whiners tremble when change occurs and winners decide.
