4.      If you do your best and you’re not out hustled, you’ll be fine

5.      Have respect without fear and confidence without cockiness

6.      Think all the time

a.      When you’re in a competition always be ready

7.      Never  be a spectator when you’re in the game

8.      Don’t only be your best when the best is needed.

Congrats to this week’s Leader of the Week, Daion Young! Let’s spend a minute getting to know him:
If you could have one super power, what would it be?
 To read minds
What is your favorite quote that Deric says?
“Begin with the end in mind”
What is your high school mascot?
 The Lancers
If you could play a character in any movie, what would it be?
 Denzel Washington in “The Debater”
    What is your favorite food?
 Ranch Dressing!!
Next, what’s been working for you?
“Seeing top leaders doing well and stepping my game up.  And as always, using the system.”
And Lastly, we asked someone else in the office to share why Daion makes a good choice as Leader of the Week:
“Daion getting in the office early, leaving late and taking care of everyone in the office no matter what.”
Congrats, Daion! We can’t wait to hear you run your meeting.
